Rajiv's Savings Movement

While teaching at school, Miss Gina told the children about the importance of savings and various ways to save money

The children liked this new information a lot. Gina could easily teach them economic ideas, making him their favourite teacher in the whole school.

As soon as he reached home, Rajiv told his mother, Sanjana, and younger sister, Sudha what he learned in school. He had explained that everyone at home should be able to save money.

Rajiv told his father all about it as soon as he came home, too. Rajiv's father was very impressed by his son's eagerness and encouraged him to follow his teacher's advice.

Rajiv started saving from the pocket money he received from his father during festivals, and he kept educating his mother and sister about it, too.

One day, he went with his friend, Raman, to buy three piggy banks from a potter. Rajiv gave one piggy bank to his friend, Raman, and brought the other two home.
