Ravi Lalwani: Since when are you in the position of Chief Technology Officer? What training / educational programs have you undertaken recently towards your professional enrichment?
Dhaval Kulkarni: RXIL and my association has been since Dec '24 when I took over as CTO. The new function brings unique set of opportunities and challenges and I believe my 19 yrs of industry experience plus the learnings from previous programs is tested and validated on regular basis. In past few years I have acquired certifications particularly into AI, but one I cherish and was long pending which aligns to my aspirations was TOGAF 10 Enterprise Architect Certification. This gave me a real moral boost and enabled to perform better in current role. In the coming days, I am planning to pursue CDAIO (Chief Digital and AI Officer) certification.
