Visionary Late Shri Dwarika Prasad Aggarwal ji conceptualized The Dainik Bhaskar in 1948 to cater to the media requirements of the Hindi speaking belt in association with his two younger brothers, Late Shri Bishambhar Dyal and Late Shri Mahesh Prasad Aggarwal from Bhopal and Gwalior of Madhya Pradesh.

Expansionist younger Shri Mahesh Prasad Aggarwal ji roped in the Jhansi edition of the Dainik Bhaskar in 1958. Shri Sanjay Aggarwal ji got the expansionism in genes from the father and evidently launched the financial Capital of UP–Noida, the political capital of UP–Lucknow, and the erstwhile capital of Uttrakhand–Dehradoon.
