“Brides and grooms tend to choose crash diets, which actually crashes them. If one plans a doable and sustainable diet during the pre-wedding days, it will not only help them look gorgeous on the D-Day, but the charm will continue even after,” says Dr Shetty.

All you have to do is make sure you are adding foods which are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and the right fats to your diet to keep you energised, healthy and looking wow on the D-Day!
