Craving genuine flavours in a homey, comfy setting? Pete’s Place has just what you’re looking for.
One of Singapore’s best Italian restaurants, Pete’s Place in Orchard Road is loved for its authentic Italian food offerings. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Cataldo Chiloiro – fondly known as Chef Aldo – who prefers to use produce, ingredients and inspiration from his hometown of Taranta, Puglia, Italy.
What’s New?Sample a tantalising Parmiagiana di Melanzane ($22), an oven-baked appetiser coated with Parmesan, tomato sauce, thinly sliced eggplant and a generous sprinkling of melted mozzarella. New mains include the Merluzzo in Crosta di Patate ($35), oven-baked cod with spinach and tomato sauce and a crunchy potato crust. Or, you can savour the Ossobuco al Pomodoro ($39), cross-cut veal shank braised with vegetables, wine and broth, served with mashed potatoes and baby carrots.
