FROM tomorrow, all people in Scotland who display Covid-19 symptoms must book a test as soon as possible under the Scottish Government’s Test & Protect strategy.
Nicola Sturgeon described the programme – designed to track the spread of the virus across the country – as “a collective national endeavour”.
However, the First Minister gave an incentive, saying if the scheme is successful, it could help speed up the easing of lockdown restrictions.
People tested must self-isolate until their results are returned – including those who have already returned to work.
