Sitting in the pool in summer is a different experience and I love swimming; it’s good for endurance and stability. Also, with the lockdown, I stopped pumping iron and lifting weights. I put this in because running and swimming are what I’m doing a lot these days. The bright neon orange trunks energise you, lift your mood.

I love T-shirts and everything in white. There is no better colour for summer. My wardrobe is full of black-and-white. Besides, I like David Gandy. Crew-necks and V-necks are the best, most comfortable for summer, and the David Gandy line is pretty cool and great to wear at home or even to go out in.

Yellow is warm and earthy, and it breaks the monotony from my usual blacks and whites. I love to bring a nice splash of colour in my outfits. The background is in understated whites and greys, so it adds punch and contrast.

I feel good wearing linen. It keeps me in the right frame of mind for my (script) readings. This is a brand that customises clothes for you. I like their clothes and the fits they tailor.

I am forever comfortable in my Tees, and love styling it with shorts. A friend got me a whole lot of shorts recently, and since then I am forever in this combination.
