Engaged employees abide by and demonstrate the organisation’s culture in their day-to-day work, and a strong positive work culture leads to happy, engaged employees.

Organisational culture can be defined as an amalgamation of the vision, mission, operational goals, daily communication and interaction, and a defined set of behaviors and norms. All of these create an intangible workspace environment that pervades the way people work. Studies have revealed that corporate culture is key to driving innovation and organic growth. It is also found to drive performance, engagement, employee development, and to a great extent, help lower attrition levels.
