|Woman's World
In her role as Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills, 90210, Jennie Garth, 52, uttered the unforgettable phrase "I choose me" when forced to pick between two guys. Here, Jennie shares how that philosophy has helped guide her over the past 30 years—including facing down health issues, reinventing her career and finding fulfillment and bliss along the way

Gratitude is the pillar of Jennie Garth’s life. Gratitude for her family, friends and her achievements— including her acting career, podcast and, most recently, becoming one of QVC’s Q50 Ambassadors to help women over 50 celebrate possibility, authenticity and purpose. “Each morning, I wake up early and say, ‘This is going to be a great day’ and set my intentions,” Jennie shares with Woman’s World. “And at night, I think of three things that went well.” But Jennie admits it isn’t always easy to stay positive. “I’m the kind of person who has to work daily on keeping myself in the right lane and moving forward with no negativity around me.” Read on as Jennie shares her keys to staying healthy, confident and happy.

With the launch of “Me” by Jennie Garth, Jennie is aiming to use fashion to help women feel seen, heard and comfortable. “I hope to empower women with confidence, self-love, sexiness and just help them feel good,” she says. “At the core of the message is to love yourself, be yourself.” Look for her collection on QVC and QVC.com.
