The artist who paints with irony and insight.

Yogesh Ramkrishna Reimagining Reality

Born in 1991 from Pune, Yogesh Ramkrishna is a multidisciplinary visual artist whose works deftly merge reality, media, and mythology into a striking visual dialogue. Educated at the Sir J.J. School of Art and M.S. University, Baroda, Yogesh draws from Pune's dynamic cultural landscape—infused with theater, regional literature, and mythology—to create narratives that are as introspective as they are socially charged.

imageHis distinct visual language, often marked by humour, dark satire, and neo-miniaturist aesthetics, reflects a deep engagement with how news, religion, and collective believes shape human perception and behaviour. From gouache paintings and 3D-printed sculptures to public installations, his art provokes critical reflection on the absurdities of modern life. His debut solo, Ulatbansi at Gallery Latitude28, New Delhi, and participation in India Art Fair have established him as one of India’s most compelling young voices, continuously pushing boundaries through thought-provoking and visually layered works.
