The TV couch may never look the same again, after it was announced that Emmie Silbery, one third of Gogglebox Australia's Silbery family, had passed away aged 96.

Emmie's granddaughter Isabelle Richards took to social media to reveal Emmie died last Tuesday after a battle with dementia, adding that she had held on just long enough so she and her mother Kerry, who had both been visiting family in France, could fly home to say one last goodbye.
