When we spend as much time as we do with people at work, it's important to maintain friendships and build a strong connection. One of my best friends is someone I used to work with. She's much younger than me, so we possibly would never have met if we hadn't worked together. But now, we're super close and I've even been out to South Africa with her to visit her family there, and explored a beautiful country all because we got on at work.
