Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins on new year's resolutions, the grief of losing a family member and an approaching milestone

I need to EMBRACE TURNING 50

She's been the golden girl of Good Morning Britain since it launched in 2014 and is now one of TV's most recognisable faces. Here, Woman sits down with Charlotte Hawkins to chat through her big plans for 2025 - including her 50th birthday in May, the A-lister she'd love to interview and the imminent new addition to the home she shares in leafy Surrey with her husband of 15 years, Mark Herbert, and their nine-year-old daughter Ella Rose...

Happy new year, Charlotte! Have you made any resolutions for 2025? To make little windows of time to do things that bring me joy. I want to spend more time horse riding. As a child, I used to go to my local riding stables every weekend and help with mucking out and lessons in exchange for one ride. It was my life. I got back into it because I work with ITV Racing, so I'm surrounded by horses. I started going out doing hacks, then I had some dressage lessons to improve my technique. I'm hoping to keep that up this year and do more of it.

Are there any big work ambitions to fulfil?

I absolutely love working at Good Morning Britain and I love my team, but I also adore doing ITV Racing, Classic FM and my podcast
