This month, as part of The Weekly's preparations for HM King Charles III's Coronation, we share The King and Queen Consort's recipe for The Coronation Big Lunch celebrations - a deep-dish quiche with a light pastry case and delicate poached salmon, broad bean and tarragon flavours. It's perfect for a light lunch or picnic and delicious hot or cold with a green salad and boiled new potatoes.
