Ooh, la la! The Michelin Guide -the world's most famous restaurant ranking system - is coming to New Zealand, but not everyone is pleased about it.
-
The guide and its wellknown star system was created in 1900 by the French tyre company and currently covers 25 countries.
Tourism New Zealand recently announced it is spending $6.3 million to bring a number of inspectors to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown over the next three years.
