1 Monitor Audio Vestra Subwoofer Series

Vestra is a new line of subwoofers from Monitor Audio that have been designed with a single focus: to bring "performance-driven bass" down in price. There are W10 (₹82,000), W12 and W15 options, the names denoting the size of the drivers used. The only other big difference between the models is that the largest, W15, has a ported design, while the smaller W10 and W12 are sealed-box units. On paper these are all interesting beasts, coming loaded with coned C-CAM drive units powered by hefty Class-D amplifiers (250W-500W). Monitor Audio claims the combination will let each unit provide faster response times and improved accuracy. We are keen to see if they deliver on the firm's promise.
