The two founders of Framery previously worked together in an open-plan office where the CEO made a habit of pacing back and forth while talking loudly on his phone, breaking everyone’s concentration and making it near impossible for anyone else to make or take calls. When challenged on this disruptive behaviour, his retort was that they should install a phone booth for him.
