Still in development, but 247connect offers versatile cloud-hosted support with access security a priority
-
It's for good reason that NetSupport’s Manager has spent so long on the PC Pro A-List as it’s simply the best on-premises remote support solution. The company has now decided it’s time to move into the cloud-hosted support market, and in this review we take an early look at its new 247connect product.
It offers a flexible pricing structure split into two tiers. Costs for on-demand access are based on the number of operators, or technicians, starts at £180 per year and enables support for five concurrent connections.
Unattended access is priced per agent and starts at £4 each for up to 99, dropping to £2.50 for over 500. You can purchase either or both components, and a 14-day trial is available that doesn’t require any credit card details.
The technician portal presents an overview of product licence status along with quick links to key deployment tasks. The left pane provides access to account settings, starting on-demand sessions and accessing unattended agents.
