Smart glasses coming?

APPLE HAS REPORTEDLY shifted resources away from development of a lighter, cheaper version of the Apple Vision Pro, and redirected them to work on its own smart glasses, currently codenamed N50.

The Vision Pro, which debuted in 2023, starts at $3,499. Apple is believed to be developing a cheaper version to bring spatial computing to the mass market. However, Bloomberg reports that smart glasses have moved up the agenda following the release of the Meta RayBan Display AI glasses.
