The modular, multi-phase CMC 500 protection relay test set enables highly efficient testing of protection relays and complete validation of protection systems. It sets new benchmarks for output performance, versatility, cybersecurity, and workplace safety. With up to seven voltages (300 V each) or ten currents (30 to 60 A per channel, 450 A singlephase), the CMC 500 supports a wide range of applications, making it ideal for field use and commissioning in conventional, hybrid and digital IEC 61850 substations. The device is available in five variants, each compact and lightweight (12.1-15.6 kg) to suit specific needs.
