Robotic welding has significantly increased the efficiency of fabrication. With cutting-edge technologies like Cold Metal Transfer (CMT), a technique we devised and have been celebrating 20 years of success with, we have taken the lead in this change. Together with Pulse Multi-Control (PMC) and Low Spatter Control (LSC), CMT produces high-quality, low-spatter welds with improved penetration control and a lower heat input—perfect for thin materials. These advantages assist our clients in achieving consistent outcomes throughout shifts, reduced rework and finishing times, and 30–40 percent faster production times. Additionally, our robotic systems have intelligent features like TAST-Through Arc Seam Tracking), WireSense, and Touch Sensor that improve the accuracy, adaptability, and productivity of robotic welding.
