Maharashtra's 16-year-old gymnast Sanyukta Kale who was listed among the top players of the world by the international federation has shown promising results recently and the Golden Girl is preparing for major events this year

The Perfect Rhythm !!

Many sportspersons have built rich sporting careers, inspired by the live telecast of prestigious events like the Commonwealth Games. Encouraged by such live telecast, Maharashtra's international gymnast Sanyukta Kale has also made an impressive career in Rhythmic Gymnastics. She has won more than 150 medals, including around 120 gold medals at various competitions of Gymnastics. She has truly earned a nickname as the 'Golden Girl of India'.

Sanyukta, a 16-year-old gymnast from Thane had dominated several all-India events including National Games, Khelo India Games, the National Open championships etc. She has also won a few medals at the international level. She made a historic feat when her performance at the international level was appreciated by International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and she was listed among the top players in the world by them. Considering her overall performance, she is regarded as a bright future for India in Asian Games and Olympic Games and also the World championships.

An early start is half done

In a game like gymnastics, it is important to start practising at an early age so that you will have a good basic foundation for your future career, which is limited to a certain age only.
