This year a lot of the meeting are a tad later and this also applies to Glorious Goodwood Meeting, which is run fully in August for the first time in a while.
The action gets going on Tuesday August 1 and ends on Saturday August 5 with many top races over the five days.
One of those contests is the Stewards' Cup, which is a handicap run over 6f on the final day of the Festival and is always a well-contested betting heat that the bookmakers love.
We can expect another big field of runners chasing the £128k+ first prize - while we often get horses that are in between Handicap and Listed company entered here.
In recent years, the race has been dominated by one horse - Commanche Falls who has won the last two runnings for the Michael Dods yard, but after another good start to the season is rated 112+ and won a Listed race at the Curragh recently so it remains to be seen if he'll run again here.
Let's look at some of the main Stewards' Cup trends...........
