Built around the same technology as Favero’s Assioma PRO MX off-road pedals, the PRO RS versions offer the same refined form factor as well as reliable and consistent data accuracy. Better yet, they're also lightweight, easy to use and competitively priced. The lack of an option for Look Keo-compatible pedal bodies might be disappointing for some, but if you're happy using Shimano’s popular SPD-SL cleat system, these pedals offer flawless performance in practically all areas.

Compared to Favero’s original Assioma DUO road pedals, the most notable change is the lack of pods on the spindles. This has beenachieved by using the same technology ason the PRO MX, which sees all of the electronics housed within the spindle. In one fell swoop, this ‘fixes’ the only real fault I could find with the Assioma DUOs. While the pods had no effect on performance, they didn’t look amazing. The only compromise with the podless design is that you need to install the pedals using a15mm spanner, rather than an 8mm hex wrench, but that’s no big deal.
