Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Remake

The remake proves this burning's still a fraternal flame

Despite the fact that the original came out over a decade ago, there’s still nothing else like this on the market. Even so, at first glance it may seem that you’re looking at an entirely unnecessary remake; the upgraded PS4 version is still available on PSN, and it’s as enjoyable as ever. The main reason to grab the remake is, oddly, one that the developer seems reluctant to have included.

Set in a land of myth and mystery, the story – told entirely visually, owing to the use of a fantasy language – is one of a pair of brothers embarking on a quest for a cure for their sick father. It’s by turns clever, funny, and sad, but the activity is, as it should be, the real star of this fantastical show.
