One of the most highly contested market today is the entry-level mirrorless market.
For the simple reason that many users, especially vloggers use products that are featured in this market. With the ever increasing lens options in the category, mirrorless cameras have now truly out shown DSLRs. In this shootout we feature the entry-level APS-C mirrorless cameras from different manufacturers between the price of ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 to find out who is the best in the category.
Look, Body and Feel
Canon EOS R100
The Canon R100 is a handy camera that falls between the EOS R50 and R10 models. It's easy to carry around and straightforward to use. The camera's design is like the R50, and it works well with small lenses, like the RF-S 18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM kit lens, making it light and great for travel.
The controls are easy to handle, and the ON/OFF switch combined with the mode dial makes it quick to start shooting. It also has a good grip which is comfortable. The camera features a built-in flash and a hot shoe for creative shots in low light. However, it lacks a touch screen which doesn't articulate, which might disappoint some photographers. Also, there's a chance. of accidentally changing settings due to the mode dial's placement.

The imaging industry went through a makeover of sorts, as we saw a shift of priority from companies, which led to them making cameras which were more hybrid in nature. This year we saw the Nikon-RED merger further fruitioning into a compact, competitive cinema camera and Canon releasing one in a similar form factor but with different capabilities and priority.
