I am also the Founder of LAJA, which is India’s first forum for women that focuses on Women’s Development, Growth, and Self-Empowerment, Under LAJA, we have established five LAJA Chapters across India, working in tandem for the growth, development, and empowerment of women from rural and urban areas. I am also a qualified Trainer and have conducted Training Programs for Corporates, Individuals, Educational Institutes, and NGOs. We were successful in organizing an online Round Table Conference to discuss the National Education Policy 2020 suggestions and submitted a whitepaper on the same to the Ministry of Education.
