Whites star James back from injury for key Wales World Cup qualifiers

Leeds United's Dan James has returned to the Wales squad for this month's international fixtures, having missed the October break through injury.

Craig Bellamy named his 26-man squad yesterday ahead of two massive 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Wales head to Liechtenstein on Saturday, November 15 before hosting North Macedonia in Cardiff the following Tuesday, a game which is likely to decide who finishes second in Group J to earn a World Cup qualifying playoff spot.

James missed last month's 4-2 defeat to group leaders Belgium due to injury but an early return to fitness means he can join three Leeds teammates in Bellamy's squad. Karl Darlow, Ethan Ampadu and Joe Rodon have all retained their respective places ahead of the final international break until April.
