Padel tennis centre set to open after plan gets the go-ahead

A new racket sport centre is set to open after plans were agreed with the city council.
-
Padel tennis will be played at the facility in Cross Green after permission was granted to convert a former industrial unit.
Eight courts will be created at the site at Cross Green Court, along with a café and public seating area.
A Leeds City Council planning officer's report said jobs would be created.
