Leeds law firm announces fourth employee profits share bonus

Leeds law firm Ison Harrison has awarded £5,000 per person to each eligible employee as part of its annual profit share bonus.

The payout follows another strong year of growth, marking the fourth successive year that staff have benefited from the firm's successful employee-owned structure.

The bonus payment follows last year's £4,000 distribution and reflects the firm's sustained success since 2022, when the firm made the pioneering move to become one of the UK's first large law firms to become 100% employee-owned.

This forward-thinking structure has been a catalyst for dynamic growth, fuelling substantial client expansion and the addition of new offices to its regional network.
