'Every parent's worst nightmare' teacher is jailed

A paedophile teacher who filmed himself sexually assaulting children has been told by a judge he is "every parent's worst nightmare".

Nathaniel Holt, 26, was jailed after admitting eight offences at Leeds Crown Court. He had thousands of images and videos stored, some of which were of him touching pupils he taught.

The school in Leeds cannot be named to protect the identity of his victims, but he spent years secretly recording youngsters for his own sexual gratification.

He was a lunchtime supervisor then playworker teacher, prosecutor Gabrielle Coates said, and was frequently left alone with children.
