Members of the Bharatiya Kisan Union Chaduni Group protested against the farmers not getting the DSR scheme and the incentive amount for not burning crop residue.
Under the leadership of District President Sanju Gundiyana, the farmers gathered in the grain market complex and reached the office of Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana raising slogans where the farmers handed over a memorandum to Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana and demanded to fulfill demands. Shyam Singh Rana assured the farmers that action will be taken on their demands on priority and efforts will be made to fulfill these demands of the farmers as soon as possible.
