DC directs plot owners to clear garbage by July 10 from their empty plots

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal has issued strict directions to plot owners across the district to clear garbage and waste from their vacant plots by July 10, 2025, warning that ‘noncompliance will invite stringent action. Dr.
Aggarwal, while divulging details, said that heaps of garbage and stagnant rainwater in empty plots pose serious threats to public health as they attract harmful bacteria and insects, risking disease outbreaks, especially during the monsoon season. Issuing Magistrate orders under Section 163 of BNSS, Dr. Aggarwal has fixed the responsibility on plot owners to maintain cleanliness on their properties
