Grecians forced to postpone big game

EXETER City have been left with no alternative but to postpone their League One clash with Burton Albion on Saturday due to a fire that caused significant damage at St James Park.

Despite the efforts of club staff, volunteers and local businesses, the Grecians say that following talks with the Safety Advisory Group, they were unable to carry out the 'extensive repairs,' or carry out the essential safety testing needed to ensure all systems are operating fully to guarantee the safety of everyone inside St James Park by Saturday.
