By the age of 20 Emily, which isn’t her real name, had been raped more than 1,500 times.

Emily had been transported from Wales to Telford where she was sexually abused on a regular basis for six months.

She had been a “happy and normal” little girl, that is until she turned 11.

For the next three years, she recalls fearing for her life more times than she can remember.

Sexual abuse became her norm, she said.
