URMOIL is probably a kind description for the state Welsh rugby finds itself in, and the plot has thickened once more with the vocal criticism from one of the current four domestic teams.

Last month, the WRU outlined its “optimal solution” to improve Welsh rugby, with the preferred plan involving the number of men’s teams in Wales reduced from four to two.
‘A consultation process on these plans began this week, with the WRU speaking to each of the four clubs.
Dragons have gone public with their criticism and pulled no punches.
‘Their statement says the plans are “disappointing” and “there is no way we can agree to the proposals as they currently are”.
