Stargazer captures spectacular view of comet from Wales

AN ASTRONOMY enthusiast has managed to capture a stunning image of a comet from his back garden in Llangynidr, Powys.

Daniel Sands employed sophisticated photographic methods to record Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) as it blazed across the night sky.
The comet has been visible above the UK over the autumn as it came close to Earth.
Daniel said: "There was a surprising gap in the cloud which presented an unexpected opportunity I was beyond excited to be able to see this in my own back garden."
