The £30m scheme on Sanatorium Road in Canton has been delivered by Lovell on behalf of housing association Hafod in partnership with Cardiff City Council and the Welsh Government.

It has been designed by Dennis Hellyar Architects with a mixture of 106 family homes and apartments. The scheme includes bespoke accommodation for adults with a range of additional support needs.

It is set around an open green space and a communal sensory garden, and connects with local streets and cycleways.
