CARDIFF City head coach Brian Barry-Murphy has been left under no illusions about what tonight’s Carabao Cup tie against Wrexham means to supporters.

And he admits he can only “dream” of replicating Phil Parkinson’s remarkable success at the Racecourse Ground.
The Bluebirds travel north for a sold-out all-Welsh clash in the fourth round, with both clubs eyeing a place in the quarterfinals of the competition.
A clash between Wrexham and Cardiff would have been a regular fixture for fans of a certain vintage. However, this will be the first meeting of the two sides in almost a quarter of a century.
And Barry-Murphy is excited about the occasion.
“By nature, this is a tie where the whole club is really excited,” said the Irishman.
