Homes proposed for warehouses
June 24, 2025
|Western Daily Press
TWO historic bonded warehouses on Bristol's Harbourside could soon be converted into apartments by a housing developer owned by Bristol City Council.
-
This year Goram Homes is planning to start detailed design work for one of the warehouses, with almost 100 apartments planned.
The A Bond and B Bond warehouses were originally used to store tobacco before import duties were paid. Detailed design for the A Bond warehouse will be worked up this year, while the B Bond warehouse will be explored but is at an earlier stage in the process.
