Bath grind out victory without hitting heights
November 24, 2025
|Western Daily Press
BATH laboured to a 20-0 win over Sale Sharks at a wet Recreation Ground on Saturday to get back on track in the Prem Rugby Cup, writes Sam Jess.
The hosts were clinical in the first half with three well-taken tries from Dan Frost, Tom de Glanville and Arthur Green making it 15-0 at halftime.
But they could only manage one try in the second half, with Will Butt dotting down, although they secured the bonus-point win to move into third position in Pool A.
The Blue, Black & Whites scored the opening try when possession was recycled following a lineout and hooker Frost touched down.
