The property-themed reality lifestyle show provides insight into the booming Mother City market as it showcases designer penthouses, beachfront villas and sprawling winelands estates.

These properties feature breathtaking views, luxurious amenities and the intense negotiations.

Season three of the series kicked off with a bang when it premiered on BBC Lifestyle (DStv channel 174) at the end of last month.

The first episodes showcased renowned local singer Jarrad Ricketts viewing a sensational Camps Bay villa for his family vacation.

This multi-storey property in one of the Mother City’s most exclusive suburbs featured uninterrupted views from all rooms of the house, leaving the entertainer insisting that his wife will come around to the whopping R50 000 per night price tag.

Meanwhile, fans of the show have also been able to enjoy glimpses of an impeccably designed Bishop's Court modern farmhouse as well as a mind-blowing penthouse, which seeks to be the best of its kind on the African continent and was built to resemble a yacht, on the new season.
