Ahmedabad: BJP has ended “appeasement politics” and established the rule of law during its more than two decades of governance in Gujarat, Union home minister Amit Shah said Wednesday at an election rally before chief minister Bhupendra Patel filed his nomination papers for the Ghatlodia constituency in Ahmedabad.

Calling Patel the “future chief minister” of Gujarat, Shah urged voters to elect him by a huge margin.
