Soap's unluckiest lothario in shock return to Walford

EASTENDERS favourite Barry Evans is heading back to Walford - more than two decades after fans last saw him shoved down a hill.

Shaun Williamson, 59, will reprise his much-loved role for a special episode tied to Nigel Bates's emotional dementia storyline, which will air next month.

Barry was last seen in 2004, in a shock exit, when new wife Janine Butcher left him to die.
