Ex-England coach Farbrace: Changes at top may be needed. We're not winning the games we should... outplayed here
FORMER England coach Paul Farbrace believes muddled planning has undermined their Ashes bid.
And that a change at the top, with head coach Brendon McCullum going, might be necessary if England are to ever end their humiliating run Down Under.
Australia is no place for weak men. And, captain Ben Stokes will tell you, nor is the England dressing room.
But regardless of the latest Adelaide Test, England continue to be bullied by an Australian side that has been completely ruthless in the opening three Tests of the series.
Ex-England No.2 Farbrace said: "Are England better than they were three years ago? You'd probably have to say they're not.
"Yes, some of the cricket they've played has been incredible. But they're not winning the matches that matter.
"Not seeing off India in that final Test at The Oval was inexcusable.
"And now this.
"I can't tell you whether Brendon McCullum will still be the head coach in the summer.
