EVERTON midfielder Charly Alcaraz once scored a cup-final winner that sparked a riot both on and off the pitch - no wonder the Premier League doesn't faze him.

Alcaraz, the 22-year-old Argentine, spent the final months of last season on loan at Goodison Park, before completing a £13million permanent switch from Brazilian club Flamengo at the end of May.

He can now laugh about his header that secured the Trofeo de Campeones for Racing Club at the Bombonera home of fierce rivals Boca Juniors three years ago.

Alvarez's goal cued a barrage of missiles from angry home fans - and his celebration sparked a braw! that saw him sent off, alongside five Boca players.
