NDMC exceeds target of revenue collection for FY 24

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) said it achieved the financial target of fiscal year 2023-24 (Apr-Mar) as it has collected revenue of over Rs 3,795 crore from the various revenue sources.

“The significant achievement has been made possible with the dedication and team spirit of NDMC officials, and the credit goes to the team,” said NDMC Chairman Amit Yadav.

Earlier this week, NDMC said that “with the sustained efforts made by the team of NDMC, they have not just achieved their target, but they have also exceeded targets for fiscal year 2023–24 for the first time in the history of NDMC.”

NDMC has collected a record revenue of Rs. 3795.30 crore from the receipt sources of property tax, licence fee, commercial revenue (water and electricity), and parking fee.
