Delhi Assembly Prepares for Speakers' Conference

Delhi Assembly finalises plans for centenary conference honouring Vitthalbhai Patel.
A high-level preparatory meeting was convened earlier this week at the Delhi Legislative Assembly under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Speaker Vijender Gupta to take stock of the arrangements for the upcoming All India Speakers' Conference, slated to be held on August 24-25, 2025.
The two-day national conference will be inaugurated by Hon'ble Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while the valedictory address will be delivered by Hon'ble Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. The event will also be attended by the Hon'ble Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Hon'ble Chairpersons and Deputy Chairpersons of Legislative Councils and Assemblies, several Hon'ble Union Cabinet Ministers, and a host of distinguished dignitaries drawn from across the length and breadth of the country.
