RACE 7 (1,400M)

RACE 1 (1,250M)

(11) PRINCE OF EGYPT ran third to Typically French at Durbanville on Sept 9. The wide draw will make it tough for him, but he is improving with every start. With some luck, he will be competitive.

(13) JOUEUR DE FLUTE ran a cracker behind Gallic Forge in a driving finish on Sept 9. In with a say if he can beat the wide draw.

(7) MARCUS AURELIUS has been rested for 90 days. He was terribly disappointing in heavy conditions on July 10. If he does not need the run badly, he can get a place.

(10) GALLIC KING is well bred, watch closely.

RACE 2 (1,250M)

(3) VIXENINTHEVINEYARD ran a much better race in third at Durbanville on Sept 9. With no weight on her back, she will go close to winning.

(13) VIXENS WAR ran a lovely third to Reet Petite on Sept 9. The wide draw makes it tough, but with some luck in running, she will go close.

(1) NANNIE GOLD was doing some good work late behind Cape Captain on Sept 9. From a neat draw, she has a good each-way chance.

(9) WHATASTAR managed to finish just over five lengths behind the winner despite a wide draw on Sept 3. Drawn trickily again, but she can definitely run a place.

RACE 3 (1,250M)

(8) ALL THE RAGE has been rested for 71 days. He won a super race last time, and is very smart. Despite a tricky draw, he will go close to winning.

(5) GOOD FOR YOU has been rested for over four months. He won the Grade 1 Gold Medallion very well at Scottsville on May 31. If he does not need the run badly, he will make All The Rage work hard for victory.

(1) MISS WORLD may find it difficult to win, but she is drawn well, and she has no weight on her back.
