This family home in Edgedale Plains is a resort-like retreat
When the owners of this home bought their resale flat, they had a clear idea of what they wanted. The couple in their 30s, who work in education and healthcare, purchased this five-room, 1,100 sq ft Housing Board flat in Edgedale Plains to live in with their newborn son and the wife's parents.
They wanted to create a serene atmosphere characterised by muted tones and dark hues. With three generations and five people under one roof, it had to be functional as well, with rounded edges to baby-proof the place.
